Description

In 2018, a global company specialized in the manufacture of high-tech electronic products together with DTC Soluciones implemented an energy solution based on cogeneration with natural gas, complemented with an absorption chiller system. This project marked a milestone in efficiency and sustainability for its plant in Mexico.

A natural gas-fired power generation system was integrated with a large-capacity unit (1 C1000), capable of supplying a significant portion of the site's electricity demand. In addition, waste heat was used to power an absorption chiller, reducing the need for electricity for cooling.
